Cockatiels are clever, social, charismatic and also beautiful. And they like to sing and dance. So I guess, they would be cool rulers over the earth 😉😆

I had a male cockatiel that I did get a young female to keep him company. She just ignored him until she was full grown. Then 21 babies after that (which I had to raise) and it was so much fun and work. Still have 3 of the babies 2 28 yr olds and 1 25 year old.

I LOVE cockatiels to pieces!!! My male cockatiel, Cupcake, passed away end of July last year. He was 23 yo and I miss him everyday. He was so cute and funny. Now I have my 18 yo Senegal, Forrest, who is FABULOUS company!!!

Absolutely adorable. I have 16 adult tiels and hand feeding 7 babies right now, all different ages. Cockatiels and goffins are the sweetest and funniest of all.

That is so very cute. I have a cockateel Cleo and he is 17 yrs young? old. It brings tears to my eyes how years fly by. He can fly freely but put him in the cage when I leave the house. He was always sweet and clingy and sometimes feisty. Now I have a budgie 5 months old that gives him some excercise haha. I had 2 other female cockateels before, but Cleo did not want anything to do with them and they died years ago. Cleo is strong I guess. I hope. Can't stand the thought of him not being here one day.
