Hi Miss Auti... I have an issue. So I have been a dancer for 6 years now and I manage to strech everyday. My legs are very flexible because my side extensions are to my ears and so are all of my kicks. The thing is that I do not have my split. :( I try and always push past my limits with streching. I honestly do not know what is going on / why I can do this stuff but I do not have a split? Please help!!!
the problem with me is that i cant reach the ground when I bend while standing and I can't do any form of splits cause it hurts. so I took a break and ate a cookie. not a healthy cookie just a cookie.
heyy I stretched every single day since like 4 months and I’m the most inflexible person ever. but you can do it, I’m so much more flexible and I takes so long for some people but at the end of the day you are proud of yourself that you did it. never ever give up bc one day you’ll thank yourself that you did it. you can film yourself doing the moves/dance and then check if your doing it right!!
