You're not a tough love teacher, I appreciate you and being held to account. I'd rather hear and see the truth and get better than get coddled by a teacher that wasn't interested in my progress at all just taking my money. This is RUclips where we aren't paying you a dime. Granted we don't get individual correction but what more do we want. We get someone who cares, is talented and can give us pointers and things we can work on if xyz is going on. It becomes OUR job of accountability. Where some jump on the train full steam ahead others will jump off. Thank you for being here and I look forward to the future and where we all go in terms of our dance dreams.

guilty of inconsistency and posture. i tend to not stretch during my period. thats why when it ended, im back to the beginning... every month!! and i totally agree with the posture. posture and square hips provide deeper stretch. and i do now acknowledge the stretches ive been doing wrong. thank you miss auti for this!! 😍😍

Do you/will you have any videos for hyper flexibility? I’ve been stretching every day this week and Wednesday I stretched a bit too much and pulled something in the top of my left leg by the butt. I’ve pulled muscles before overstretching. Should I be taking an extra rest stretch day? Or is there other things I can try? I also have joint issues (arthritis) and fibro.

my problem is that I cannot stretch every day bc no matter WHAT I DO i end up having muscle ache for a week
stretching every other day is fine too! Or you could do very light stretches in between. dont overwork your muscles. stretching cause micro tears which need time to heal :)
