      I have something to ask though when you are doing alaseconds do you always have to spot to the front cause i have seen people do it all around. Sorry i cant spell at all.

      @@memehaitham8692 Hi love! There's only one time for the event, since it's live. But, it is recorded, so all ticket holders will get a recording that they can watch whenever is convenient :)

    Question: Is it bad to slouch while watching T.V / etc. or should we *always* have good posture? I know it's good to have good posture sometimes, but as a dancer, is it important to have a straight spine all the time? (I only ask this because I saw you stretching butterfly and your spine was curved forward, as if you were slouching.) Thanks so much!

      A year late, but, you don’t NEED a straight back 24/7 but sometimes it is advised

    This is so exciting! I have a hyper-extending back (sort of like a contortionist's back I guess? It's a natural thing that can sometimes get in the way) and sometimes it makes it hard to have a completely straight line while turning or even having a super extended back-arch when doing cambrés and stuff because it bends in the wrong place. Thank you so much!

    wow i love this. i danced when i was younger but have since graduated to boring office (now work from home) job. not only has this been great for my back, sore from sitting at a computer all day, but there is something genuinely SO CALMING about the way you say "okay dancers!"

    I am taking your ballet workshop the 6th, I loved the ballet choreography and hope you will do another with the contemporary music, same format, barre, combinations and choreography I really enjoyed it so much! Please do another ☆♡

    do we need a lot back flexibility for contemporary dance ? my legs flexibility is good but my back is really sesitive and when i go yo backward backbends it really hurts so i really need to know this ... cause i love contemporary dance:)

    I tried so much routines but I felt like my back is screaming. This one is so relaxing, it feels healthy and calm and not like I'm ruining my back. Thank you so much I literally wanna cry from happiness. I also do your hip stretching routines, I love it so much your amazing

      Yes! It takes a couple of days for the recording, but if you bought a ticket, you're good to go :)

    A stretching video just for hamstrings would be wonderful. Mine have always been so so so tight.

      Hamstrings are tough!! Try using a foam roller in addition to stretching :)

I become a ballerina but sometimes i cant balance hehe but ty, btw im too scared too stretch my leg and do the splits coz im 10 years old, and how much is the pointe shoe? But im just asking and my parents didnt know that i can ballet but pls if ur reading this answer my questions pls ty so much have nice day stay safe❤️

      You cannot just go on point. Especially if you are having trouble balancing. I am going on pointe this year even though I was supposed to last year. You need strength, foot flexibility, and good balance to go on pointe. How long have you been doing ballet and have you had any real classes? Please let me know so I can give you advice. My mom is a dance teacher and I have been dancing for over 10 years

      Hi love! Start out nice and slow, with flat ballet shoes and simple stretching. Hope you have fun with my beginner ballet videos :)

      @@janajose7320 ok! I would start with regular ballet shoes though. There is not and age for pointe shoes but there is a level . I would talk to a professional in a few years if you continue dancing. But I would just start with flat ballet shoes! But if you want ballet shoes I recommend going to a store to get them because dance shoes and regular shoes have different sizes! They vary prices but usually $ 30-50 ! Hope this helped!
