    Hiii! Miss Auti when I discovered ur channel it was like I discovered a new world!! I’m soooo close to my split (I’m like 1 inch away! I’m sooo close!) all from u! My Dream is to be a ballerina and ur classes are so helpful! I really want u to become my dance teacher for some reason haha, but I live all they way to the other side of the world.. :(

    This was a great stretch
    One point I would have is holding the second side in the strength; on our backs with one leg crossed over the body and the knee falls to the floor and we look the opposite way; I felt it a bit rushed and the amount of time held on this side was much less then the first side.
    Then the up dog to child’s pose felt also rushed.

    I was wondering if you could do a beginners dance tutorial for Sam Smith's new song, Diamonds. I've watched a couple of your other tutorials and its really easy to follow along. I originally looked up other tutorials for it but they move way to fast for me to follow along. Thank you.

    just a quick question:) I am a dancer and have been for a long time. I used to dance four times a week but now my mom is letting me do it once a week:( I know I can take classes on youtube but its very unlikely that the creator will respond to any questions I have. I had a plan in the beginning of the year for a dance schedule and even tried asking for classes for Christmas but she said no. she wants me to do tennis but I don't like it and I love dance. how can I get her to let me stop playing tennis and start dancing more??

    Why don’t you mention that you use deep breathing as you stretch? the inhalation on preparation, the stretch on exhalation. Muscles stretch best when they are relaxed and elongated as they do on exhalation!
