Hi. I just wanted to thank you and express my gratitude for this channel. I am a group fitness instructor and lately I've realized that I wasn't switching up my routines enough and classes were starting to get boring. I have been learning tons of exercises from your videos and they have been extremely helpful. I've probably watched hundreds of different channels for ideas and this is the best one yet! I really like how they are short, to the point and easy to follow. Classes have been much better and the attendees are really enjoying the variety. Keep em comin!

Bunch of new for me personally type of exercises in this video- almost as if it means I can completely improvise mix and matching any exercise adding a little jump in it, which is great as I get bored quickly sticking to any routines. Great video, much appreciated!

Just wondering, if you personally, do more traditional forms of cardio as well, i.e. jogging, swimming, biking, etc?

Aw thank you! I do no long distance cardio. No running other than sprints occasionally, no swimming or biking. I implement the rower in HIIT workouts. But what you see in these videos is what I use with myself and my clients. I do use the battle ropes, sleds, barrels, monkey bars, slideboards as well... :-)
2 other ones I like: cherry bomb + boat and bear crawl hold + push-up. I got some good ideas to add to my routine, but ill have to modify, most of these are too advanced for me, something to look forward to as I will have to work up to these! ...I got tired just watching these!! Thanks for another great vid!

Great Ideas and moves! Too bad you don’t show which muscle groups each exercise works. It would be helpful to know and integrate it into our workouts.

Just if there is a special thing like "keep your hips down in this movement" or "look straight forward in this movement"...
Oh gosh yes. On the single arm stuff, you want to keep your hips from going up in the air and you want to keep everything as stabile as possible with as little rotation as possible. With the Squat Burpees, make sure to really jump into a squat and get your chest up as you squat to about parallel. Also, on any burpee with a push up, take that out if you can't maintain proper form. With sit thrus, try to get your knees about under your hips and your hands under your shoulders. To modify, your legs can be out straighter...With any of the planks, hands should be under shoulders...That is just to start haha. :-) You always also want to maintain nice alignment from your head to your heels in plank...

you are amazing😱. Can this be a complete workout, like a HIIT 30s _10s rest? may I ask what your main sport is? you are so athletic, flexible, strong, fast...
I wouldn't do all of the moves, but yes you could use like 4-6 and do 30 on, 10 off. I'm not an athlete. I played Division I tennis and was a MA/RI State Powerlifting Champion one year, but no longer compete. Now my competition is coaching :-)

As long as you don't barf whenever you'd like. I like working out fasted sometimes in the morning or workout after eating at night and train clients in the morning or night.
