    I found your channel only in the last month while searching for stretches / exercises for hip / glute / hamstring problems on one side and I kept finding these awesome pics to pin on my pinterest so I could remember to do them, then I went to your site and found your awesome videos!       Thanks but no where do I say ANY of these are for beginners. Many would need to be regressed besides just the box based on level and even INJURIES. This is a library of ideas.

      Only that doing these exercises, one has to have her body texture, otherwise fails since in the first seconds. These are like military workouts🤭

    COOL. i'm limited to no impact, will try some slow and controlled. should still be beneficial. i'll call them 20 slow core movements

      I recommend doing many of these as quickly as possible although the length of time you do them for may change whether it is more speed or endurance focused.

    I am a “beginner” exerciser and burpees hurry my knees really bad and a ton of these are hard to do because I have neighbors below me and not a ton of room
