Thanks but no where do I say ANY of these are for beginners. Many would need to be regressed besides just the box based on level and even INJURIES. This is a library of ideas.
I recommend doing many of these as quickly as possible although the length of time you do them for may change whether it is more speed or endurance focused.

Only that doing these exercises, one has to have her body texture, otherwise fails since in the first seconds. These are like military workouts🤭
