Excellent camera work, organization and description throughout! I just ordered the other graves full exhaust and I'll be using your video as a general reference. You've got a new subscriber.
I don't have the manual in PDF, but I do have detailed instructions for the entire series (Exhaust, Emission, etc.) on the NINJAof1 Google drive in this video description. All of the ZX6R videos follow exactly what needs to be done as they are written. Hope that helps. Thank you for the comment.
@HVACOG There's a link in the description that will take you to the NINJAof1 Google Drive. Detailed step-by-step instructions are included along with torque settings. Remember to re-torque the header nuts to 15 Foot Pounds after warming the engine up, and the radiator fan starts. The nuts should need a re-torque if you follow the steps I do in the video. Hope that helps. Thank you
You still have the CAT to contend with. I didn't want the original headers and then poke out the cat stuff and most importantly, I wanted to make sure the bike could go back to OEM if I ever sold it. You are correct on the little HP gained and that's why there won't be any additional performance mods (IE: Velocity Stacks, etc.). Hope that answers your question.
I did not put the O2 Sensor back on. The Graves Full Titanium/Carbon Fiber Exhaust has the O2 Sensor Bung located on the 4 into 2 into 1 collector at the top left, just behind the oil pan. There is a link below to the NINJAof1 Google drive where you can view a photo of the location on the bike. It looks like there is enough room to install it. Hope that helps. Yes. You should always replace the header gaskets after removing and installing the exhaust. The gaskets are specifically designed to crush and seal the flanged end of the header pipes up against the engine exhaust header ports when applying the appropriate amount of torque as recommended by the Service Manual. Hope that helps. Thank you for the question.

You are very welcome. Thank you for the comment.
Love your work. your doing wonders for me as I also own a 6R 40th edition.
Do you have the entire service manual for the 2024 zx6r on the google drive mentioned in the video?

I have the same exhaust on my 21 636. We have several of the same mods. Your anniversary edition is quite beautiful.
Thank you. Be sure to check out the entire build series for the ZX6R at:

Ayooo , got the ssame bike.... thinking to get an exhaust ,... why did you not choose m4 ?? (I was thinking to get it so😂)
@ReddyHHH210 Everybody else has an M4 and I like the way the Graves looks. Thanks for the comment.
What’s the torque spec on the bolts for the manifold connection. Got them nice and tight and fit the slip on! Thx for the video

@ they’re at 15 lbs right now. . Did yours change after it got hot ?
@@HVACOG Yes, after warming the engine with the radiator fan on, the Header Nuts did need to be torqued again to 15 lbs.
Seems like a lot of work 😂😂❤ why not just go with the slip on? It’s not like it’s that significant of a hp gain correct?

Did the o2 sensor fit on the mid pipe ?

@NINJAof1 I wish I would have known. I have the same exhaust. Did yours come with the header gaskets, or did you buy them separately?
I bought those separate. Part numbers are in the description.
