Now that I've seen the corruption in that town, I'm convinced that there's no way this town could put 12 honest people on a jury. I'm not sure they could put one honest juror on a jury. This town is scary corrupt. I'm glad i live far away from Massachusetts.
MA law on when jurors fail to agree allows the judge to read back the testimony of the SERT team leader O'Hara, and this evidence proves that it was impossible to plant the pieces of the taillight they found before Karen Read's vehicle was even back in Canton
The report is not submitted to the jury because it is hearsay. But after the jury is deadlocked, and after the judge finds that the jury has engaged in a due and thorough deliberation, then the judge can read back the testimony to the jury.
If they was not tying too blame Karen why did some of them throw there phones away and delete them.And parts of videos were missing. The judge wants them too find her guilty , this judge should not be on this case in the first place. She is family some how too some the witness.

I can understand why the jury is in a deadlock. I watched most of the trial and I am still not sure if Karen is guilty or not. I feel confident that John did not die inside Albert's home. However, I don't think the CW has proved beyond reasonable doubt that Karen hit John. If I am forced to make a choice, I will choose not guilty considering how LE investigated the case that showed bias & deception. I feel for JO's family, they may not get justice for John.
If you aren't sure, then you vote not guilty. That's literally the definition of reasonable doubt. The idea that any rational person could look at the evidence of this case, look at the conduct of the witnesses (who are likely the actual murderers) and the frankly insane conduct of the lead investigator and come to a determination that Read is guilty is absolutely wild.

The Jury requested the SERT and the Judge said it was not submitted and would not be available to them.
