Most of work done at home by self with help of a good friend and brother. Not finished yet. Probably never will be, there are always other things I would like to do to it. As far as money goes, doing things yourself saves you thousands.
Certainly will. Unfortunately I don’t have much time to drive it. I guess my sons going to be the lucky one to enjoy it more than me. It’s going to be part of his inheritance. Just hope he don’t chop it up and turn it into a low rider.
Perect Playlist Homie! Great build. Im currently building a 78 elco in my bacc yard. 454bbc 400trans. 16k OG miles on the body. Red interior with Every Thing working. Primer exterior. With air shoccs in the rear for my meaty Mickey Thompsons. Lol
Stock hub caps are on for sure. The Dayton’s were only on for about an hour and didn’t like the look and didn’t plan on cutting this one. Look up Keido’s 64 impala walk around
All but Upholstry. Mike Lopez and John Kennedy from Bowtie connection handled that. A New Upholstry is in the works with stock appearance but a twist of custom features. Since this Video disc brakes, steering conversion and a few other options were added. Never ends as time allows. Check out some of my videos from back when I built the low riders. Keido’s custom Paint. This is just something to cruise when wanting to chill for a bit. Thanks for watching. 👍🏼
Currently working on front disc brake conversion, power steering box and complete front end powder coat and bushings. Car just sits most of the time. Just do things here and there when time permits. All work done at home.
Hey so I'm fifteen and I'm about to get a job and save up about 20000 dollars or so and I was wondering how much is it to fully restore a 64? Where is the best place to get one? How do I get a good price? And I've never worked on a vehicle in my life so is there any advice you could give before doing this thank you so much
And to add on this is exactly how I want my vehicle to look like after and I was wondering how long it took you I'm sorry for so many questions it's just that this is my dream car and I really need advice before I dive into this because I dont live in an area that has much of luxury vehicles like this and I dont exactly know where to get the tools required for this job
Saved $$$ by doing most work and having plenty of connections with others who trade services. Still plenty of work left to do. Under carriage and brake system upgrade in the works. New video will follow.
smoke'n. What an amazing restoration. Engine bay was perfect. Not enough time was spent on the interior. I like that it had power windows.
