Very interesting stuff. I'm a Bitcoiner and I work in HVAC, and I've gotten a lot out of your videos!

Hey brother, love the content! Well thought through.
Question: is there any particular reason you went with immersion over Hydro cooling? Im considering building a set up to tie in to my current hydronic system. Even converting s19 or the like with water cooled heat sinks seem like it would be a cheaper option then dielectric fluid? Would love your input thanks 👍

Thanks! ...and great question. When I started my journey, the hydro miners made by Bitmain weren't on the market yet and the hydro solutions available were sketchy retrofit designs put out by equally sketchy overseas vendors. It just seemed like a bad idea. Since then, there are more reputable solutions out there, but I've noticed most of the industrial miners are staying away from them...not sure if that's because they are too labor intensive or if its a reliability thing. The retro kits are definitely cheaper than immersion...but I have no idea if they are going to be as reliable. In any case, whatever you use, once you get to a water-glycol cooling loop everything is the same, so home heating/hot water heating will work the same way!

@@HBIM_ChannelGood points immersion for the most part looks very promising for longevity and reliability. It will definitely be interesting to see how this space evolves particularly in this area thanks for sharing your experience 🙏
