You can try flipping through bracket, but I’d imagine it’ll make your rig incredibly awkward and unbalanced. I would say your best bet is to look for full sized cage then
Haha didn’t think anyone would notice. It’s not arca, it’s a shorter version of the Manfrotto qr that I got with an LCD viewfinder attachment many many years back
Ugly it may be but do Small Rig or Neewer do a universal cage like that? I need to adapt an old Camcorder and this seems ideal. If I could get it, it seems unavailable in Australia ATM.
@@LowDoughTech Whether it's a $80,000 ENG camera on my shoulder with a $20,000 20 to 1 zoom lens or sub $1,000 digital camera there is STYLE and FUNCTION when doing artistic work. At least if you're a Pro or do serious work and want others to take you seriously. If you're still havin' Momma cook ya dinner and do your laundry then yeah, show up with a junky rig.

Thanks! good info and execution!
Thank you!
Is it compatible with stuff from Smallrig?
Thanks for this. I have a question, what if I want right handle, what should I buy? It looks like it can't only connect to the left handle

CAMVATE Quick Release Baseplate is 2 mm to low so the camera plate get stuk on top from rail
would Nikon D4s fit?
I checked the height of the Nikon D4s online and it looks to be 157mm. Which is unfortunately too high for this cage. Cage max height is around 145mm
Does anybody know the arca version of the manfrotto qr that he has?

REALLY.....ugly! Give me a SmallRig ! Heck even cheapo Neewer is much better

As long as it's effective, who cares if it's ugly? The camera isn't going to see it. Personally, I don't think it looks bad at all.

Whatever boosts your ego, I guess.
