I'm still training but my first ever actual shift was fries and my trainer left me most of the time and I was handling all the fries by myself and I had to be fast because it was rush hour. Also their fry station looks a lot more practical then ours. I tried my best to make sure the fries were filled up as much as they can. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Do not add oil. Add the french fries to the pan, stirring and flipping them around frequently for three to five minutes, until crispy. Cooking time will depend on the thickness of your potatoes.
If you have a lot of fries, heat them in batches so that the bottom of the pan is evenly covered in a single layer and the fries are not piled on top of each other. This will help the french fries crisp up more efficiently and will prevent any steam from being trapped.
The hot pan will burn off any moisture and you will be left with nice crispy fries once again!

What burgers would I need to buy to re-create a McDLT. Curious if that’s possible with the current menu
