Those fries looked UNDER cooked. Please re-adjust the temperature of the fryer vat. Pre-processed potatoes as slim thin fries should be cooked to tender-crisp at 365-380 F. No lower temps. IF the fries have just emerged from a freezer bag, allow the oil to heat to 380 F and THEN submerge the fries and cook for an additional 15-20 seconds on timer. There's a manual explaining how early morning fries are fried slightly differently than fries at peak lunch and dinner hours. Remind fryer cooking staff of proper fry oil processing and disposal. I'm thinking this fry worker is not familiar with proper technique other than scooping fries once emerged from fryer.
