There is just something intrinsically wrong with this "Flow"....ChanTri shouldn't be running ALL over the restaurant hunting for his window orders! He should have full support and completed orders bagged and brought to him, let him double check the orders and greet customers!!! Where is the manager to designate the flow????
I have watched a few of your videos and I think they need to stop calling it a fast food restaurant. It appears to be a slow food one where the food sits around for ages. No one seems to be in charge or has a managerial position. Lots of staring at receipts trying to work out what to do next.
I was driving at about 9pm and got hungry so I went to McDs and ordered just a small portion of fries. 15-20 minutes of waiting followed. They haven't been Fast Food for a while now. Delivery services haven't helped.
Very chaotic! As usual, hard to follow who's doing what. No food ready when cars come to the window, everyone having to "pull up" and wait for food, handing customers the wrong drinks? Something is very wrong with this franchise. Don't see or even hear anyone doing food prep of any kind. Seems like there's just 2-3 employees working. Definitely is NOT fast food.
