I was once put on a performance improvement plan mainly because I had no time to do a Facebook ads certificate training thing (I was working 12 hrs a day the job was so intense had 0 time), and for not doing stuff that had never been told to me as part of my job. They then added a bunch of trivial stuff on there that was 2 second job type things to bulk it out. When I explained those first two points they were very understanding and said oh ok that'd not your fault then... but I still had to go through the motions of 'improving' as to challenge the system was seen as radical and may annoy the higher ups in middle management's minds. It was weird. They created the situation but I had to suffer. Sounds like a cult to me.
This channel is still so underrated. Can’t wait to see it blow up.
