Going on an Arctic Roadtrip to Kvaløya and Sommarøy from Tromsø

- We ventured out of Tromsø to Kvaløya (whale island) and Sommarøy (summer island) to spend the most magical day exploring the arctic wilderness during the Polar Night, including icy fjords, wild reindeer and arctic beaches!
If you're looking for things to do in Tromsø and you have enough time, please make sure you remember to visit the stunning nature and scenery that surrounds the island, you are in the arctic circle after all ⛄
Our guide for the day was the lovely Hannah from Northern Soul Adventures who had such a contagious passion for the area, I'd really recommend booking with them if you go to Tromsø - www.northernsouladventures.com/
After returning back and checking into our next hotel, we took the Fjellheisen cable car to a viewpoint over Tromsø - on a clear day this is a great spot to check out the Northern Lights but otherwise, it's an amazing viewpoint on its own.
