    Our people don't get it at all, one beat up police in Italy and after 15 years wanted to apply for Italian citizenship and was rejected then she went about saying they are racist I worked and survived on €20 a day but I waited patiently for 18 years and got my citizenship and now living quietly and working in the UK, Patience is the key 💪🏾💪🏾

      Let us not forget that Africa was a continent of Kings, Queens, Empresses, Emperors, Prince and Princesses. Those titles though stripped from us, gold, diamonds, platinum, oil taken away from us. We cannot deny our bloodline or pedigree as well as the character inherent in those attributes. A country that can abandon a mother with young kids despite her weaknesses vs another that can receive a woman and her kids and feed her to the wolves is like two sides of the same coin. Nigeria has no sense to protect the poor woman but dusgracing her publicly. We need to be dispensing good values through our actions.

    You have said it all.
    The sad thing is 99% of those Nigerians claiming asylum in any European country can’t perform in the job market.
    The standard required to secure a job is very high.
    Claiming money from the government and getting child’s welfare money is what they’re after. But who is government?
    Is the tax payers money.
    People work hard hours and part of their hard earned money goes to the government funds and someone is coming from nowhere and claiming it is a not acceptable.
    More deportation will follow up, because the Europeans countries are sick and tried of them.
    Why all the noise on social media?
    She is in Nigeria and that’s her country. So let her Government take care of her.
    Germany has had enough of her. She can’t even contribute to the economic development of Germany, so she is not needed. Either you contribute and enjoy the good system or you back off.
    Greetings phrankleen

    Phrankleen, I understand your anger. Some Africans come to the UK, the US or other European countries with their own ulterior motives.When this woman's case came out, I waited patiently for the truth to emerge. I knew, because I have known a lot of Africans in the UK, who, apart from coming to study, are here for their own reasons.. Some Africans think they are smart, arrogant but ignorant and mouthy. I am sorry to say this but they also have a tendency to tell lies! They think they are entitled! They don't provide their passport when asked because they think they will not be deported! I feel sorry for the children. But at the end of the day all Africans are suffering from a bad reputation because of the abuse of the few. UK, US and European immigration have wised up!

  • @veronicabrown6646
    @veronicabrown6646 5 лет назад +3

    Oh boy, you are really spot on!!!
    I think people need to learn to understand and be informed about the laws, policies and rules of the land they find themselves, as in to try and know what the laws say about their circumstances, then take steps to regularise their stay instead of moving from one country to the other aimlessly. I think crossing to another European country with one form of resident permit of the country where one resides can only bring confusion because one will definitely get caught in the middle of the technicalities in the laws of these European Union countries.
    Truth is bitter, I think Phrankleen is saying the truth for a start, when we find ourselves abroad, we should endeavour to upgrade ourselves by making sure we are better than who we were. Another important thing is that, one should try and learn the language of the land one finds oneself, because this will make life very easy. Like the Germans don’t joke at all, as in when they write you a letter, you must act immediately, and as we can see in the case of this lady, she may have unknowingly and ignorantly took things for granted and get caught up in the laws because of her multiple moves, her ignorance and her refusal to yield to deportation notice. it’s a pity, it is obvious that her lack of education about immigration laws has played a major role in this matter, how on Earth can she think having a child in Germany makes that child to be automatically a German citizen, when they the parents are not Germans, this is totally ignorance, she thinks and sounds like somebody who has never been to Lagos not to talk of Europe.
    I don’t understand some people, how can she be that naive, moving within European Union toying around with immigration issues, moving here there instead of staying at a place to understand what the law says and invest in a good lawyer but rather she concentrated on grabbing money here and there. It’s a pity that we always want to demonstrate that we are smart anywhere we go and this is not smartness, it is called pure ignorance and stupidity. It’s so shameful the way nonentities among us parade themselves around Europe disgracing us, no come sense, it’s fair enough that they are looking for greener pastures, but add some decency to it, Germans don’t just give their papers to every Tom, Dick and Harry, they give it to people that have been properly vetted and any bad seed will be flushed out, it is very obvious that this woman did not apply common sense in all her move and journey at all, Germany is only for decent people, I may have moved out of Germany because of my children, but I’m very proud to be a German citizen by his grace, even at work, people can see in me that I still have that German work ethics in me, I think it is high time we Africans try to behave responsibly and let it be seen in us that we no longer live in that space where people are used to mediocrity and cutting corners, let’s learn to be upright for once.
    I really pity the children, my take is that the deportation might be a blessing in disguise for the children because it might be difficult for a woman like this who is not ready to upgrade herself intellectually to raise children in Germany as in one needs to be ready to have a very good German proficiency to be able to raise children in Germany, because she will need to be able to help the children with their homework. So for me, in that regards I believe God might be taking those children to a place where they will fulfil glorious destinies.
    I wish the children all the best and I think our brothers and sisters should learn from this. Familiarise yourself with the law and policies of the land, then take steps to regularise your stay by investing in a very good lawyer, learn the language and since you live in Germany, learn to be upright in all your ways and do as the Germans and it shall be well with you. Shalom

      Veronica Brown didn't agree with the RUclipsr but good advise from u .......like the fact u weren't demeaning and degrading. I love the fact u could see her mistakes and use it as a guideline.
      I don't think most people in Germany intentionally go into asylum and benefits. claiming benefits is never straight forward immigrants hate to deal with because u frowned upon when people realise they just sit on benefits, except the non-chalants ones. Most times it is a starting point for them to be granted stay in the country and as soon as they get the right to remain that asylum support automatic stops even the benefits because it gives them time to learn the language and educate themselves.
      However, let's not forget how difficult it can be knowing they can't speak the language at first that means job will be very difficult to get, so I do wonder how difficult it will be hard for her to support herself and her kids especially with the cost of child care in the western word. Again, God bless you for not being condescending towards her..... Most of the comments here did pissed me off. They read from papers but don't understand the social issues or the underlying issues and ve the right to call one ignorant, we are all ignorant one way if we vn't had experience in every area of life.

      Jessy Bj thanks for your response, I do understand your standpoint, and you are right, it’s difficult to understand people’s plights if one has not been in their shoes. I will presume the you tuber was born in the diaspora or brought here as a child, so he wouldn’t have passed through what many passed through before settling down in the diaspora. But, I think his viewpoint is that people should do things in the right way in order to achieve the desirable results. I understand what you mean by saying Asylum is a starting point, but from what I saw in Germany, I could tell that the asylum of a thing will depend on how well you are able to put your issue across, the RUclipsr’s views about who is genuine or not don’t really matter but what matters is people to be able to prove themselves. I was able to see in Germany that getting accepted to stay depends on how you are able to prove yourself and I could see the difference between educated and illiterates and how they are able to defend their cases with the help of a good lawyer. So education did played a major role in this matter and wisdom and common sense, because ordinarily it takes an educated person to be able to engage with a lawyer on an intellectual level and be able to deduce whether the lawyer is a state lawyer or not and be able to know the direction of the case whether one can rely on the lawyer or not. Some cannot even present their story in a logical way for the lawyer to understand even if they are genuine.
      You find people thinking that the first thing is to start sending money home, even though they are still struggling to regularise their stay and Germany it’s a place where everything is connected where by if you cough ordinarily far away from where you live, they will detect and this is another thing the you tuber is saying, as in to be consistent with your line of story and not to appear as an economic immigrant. For instance, I saw people in German still waiting to regularise their stay and they will be traveling around without train ticket and when they are caught, they call the police for them and when they are searched, they might find different type of implicating documents like they may have 3 different documents as a 3 times asylum seeker. So tell me, as wisdom been applied in a situation as this? and that’s where the lady got it wrong, as in by moving from one country to the other, who knows whether if she exercised patience in Italy, may be it may have been easier to regularise her stay there even though there might not be jobs there, but once she becomes their citizen, she can then move to the country of her choice. I refused to live in England with my umbificitet because I did not want to complicate things for myself, I waited patiently until I became their citizen. But I pray that God will continue to lead us aright , I feel for the woman, one can tell that she doesn’t seem to have changed intellectually since she left Nigeria for over a decade. I pray she finds a way out. I also do hope people will learn from this, people need to be mindful that the Germans are not stupid, they like honesty, and consistency and her predictable if you have the ability to understand their do’s and don’ts, if they write you a letter and you are able to read, understand it and act immediately, then you are not likely to be caught on awares

    What a painful subject, truly the sense of entitlement of African along with ignorance and arrogance is really beyond belief, believe me I've heard stories from our people hear in Europe that had my jaw dropped, I've met young and healthy African men who broke the law one way or another complain why Authorities in Europe do not give them legal permits to stay, I was like oh men!! Although you guys came here illegally from the first place you disrespect the law by selling weed or so and moving around from country to another without even a legal permission as they still provide you with the basic need and you can after that with no shame keep complaining that you don't get permit or visa!! I mean come on!!!

    • @ezerbia
      @ezerbia 5 лет назад +4

      This entitlement attitude is not applicable just to Africans. I think it is a weakness of some humans in general because some white people in South Africa feel entitled to all the land, even the land which they don't use or occupy. Many are resisting land reform because they feel that Africans don't deserve to own land. To the point that they find it difficult to co-exist in peace with indigenous people and want to create a country in a country. In the past during apartheid there were more that 50 Acts of Laws enacted in my country of RSA which were aimed at restricting indigenous people land and natural resources. That was a messed up situation. What is even more messed up is the backlash received from the same people towards correcting the imbalances of the past. It is a messed up situation. But we need to put this in perspective too that black people are under some racially skewed manipulation. Europe has no mercy on many Africans, yet the same Europe colonised Africa resulting in famine, starvation, inequalities and injustices.

      @Kungfu Panda let us start with the unimaginable brutality that started with the slave trade. Weren't Africans staying put in their sweet continent then and forced to abandon their lives and captured for free labour. Weren't they forced to move far far away? Our ancestors are buried in foreign lands, some with no trace of their locations, an attempt to try to destroy our roots. The truth is Africans are going to unite inspite of the hypocritical battlefield tactics of divide and conquer or the extra humiliation on its women and children.

      @@ezerbia Africans sold into slavery were actually sold by their people. Read your history, it was kings selling people as slaves, villages selling people from communities conquered after communal clashes. Greed also played a part, because they their people for mirrors and alcohol. So let's get off the White people came out of no where and sold us as slaves high horse. Africans are the problems with Africa, we need to do better.

    Sense of entitlement and prayers. The number of year she has been in Germany yet she can't speak good German. Y not go to school. Leaving abroad is great provided you follow the rules and avoid unscrupulous deals. In Germany German is free for assilum seekers. German universities r free my brother both for national and international students no tuition fee. I know people who claimed assilum navigated the system due to their scrupulous manner. Ask ur friends abroad their status in their respective countries and stop being deceived. If for any reason u r traveling abroad for greener pasture. Let go this entitlement ideology n work hard for yr self.
