How is it possible to find water in glass? Every drop of water I consume comes in plastic. Spring water only.
I personally purchase Mountain Valley. They have glass bottles. There are other companies who also sell spring water in glass bottles.

In the blue zones (myth) they were and are drinking water from the old/ancient pipes of the aqueduct and in our houses without filters 😅
@debbieTDP Probably not fluoridated, full of chlorine, and other pharmaceuticals like municipal water here.
100% hydration leads to so many problems so many people end up on the keto low-carb and carnivore diet because they are dehydrated and these foods make you store less water in your body so you feel better in the short term, but then over the long-term, you become more dehydrated carbohydrates in the word says hydrate and this is because it store is more water within your muscles but only works. If you’re drinking enough water I drink 1 L of water on an empty stomach before each breakfast, lunch and dinner, Carbs FTW!! 💪💪💪

Because it is...if you don't need it, eat organic seaweed sheets every other day to get it, the liquid lugols iodine is very hard to dose right. Most people don't get it.
People need to try 1st to get there nutrients from food, and if deficient try to eat that specific food if that than doesn't work, & if labs show.. than supplement, retest that lab in 2 to 3 months than go from there. Supplements aren't supposed to be used forever too. Not healthy and hard in the liver.
