Sir please because I solely follow study IQ RUclips and application both in a very disciplined way.

Being a Bodo tribe, I can proudly say that all the factions of NDFB (National Democratic Front of Bodoland) have been dissolved formally in the beginning of 2020. Our youths are now in the mainstream.... Please sir one correction. 🙏 all factions of NDFB have been dissolved now with an agreement that the autonomy and area of BTC will be augmented, which is is populary known as BTR (Bodoland territorial region) agreement, signed on 27th January, 2020.
Some of my views & observations: *NSCN(IM) is more powerful armed groups among all & their HQ is located at Hebron Camp, Dimapur just beside the Assam Rifle Camp where they regularly recruits new cadre. Though it's on ceasefire with GOI but it has done lots of political killings during this ceasefire. Most Nagas at present don't really support these groups but had to pay taxes(extortion) as these Organizations runs parallel Government called GPRN. * Northeast has got lots of tribes and subtribes and within that clans and subclans. Every one is in pursuit of political power. If a group get armed another tries to do the same. * In my opinion, every tribes has their own jurisdictions so any tribe though how small should get political autonomy or representation so they don't feel undervalued. * There are lots of incidents were villages were burned and innocent villagers were brutally killed by the governmental forces in the past. "Operation Bluebird" is an example. Such events causes distrust as well as vengeance feelings. So Government need to very careful about repeating such things. * In the Government armed forces that are involved in counter-insurgency operations, more locals should be recruited.

Bodo's had never asked for sovereign state instead they are asking for a separate state under the Indian Union. If NDFB was asking for sovereign state than Indian government would have never negotiated on the table and BTR accord wouldn't not have happened.
They fulfilled the demand of Nagas, and Meghalaya, mizoram,etc states were curved out of Assam due to strong demand. But the government of India didn't fulfill the demand of Bodos of separate state under the Indian Union.
Even last year's peace deal with different Bodo organizations (BTR accord) and dissolution of all NDFB faction is not mentioned here. Sir is thinking that still there's NDFB insurgency operating in Assam. Don't know how sir has remained unupdated in this regard.
Sir, NDFB(S) is also come on mainstream after 3rd Bodo accord. And we are going to celebrate the 1st anniversary of this 3rd Boro accord. Please clear this
