- The premiere contest in RCT2 is back! New Element's Head2Head contest occurs every 3 years and showcases the best the game has to offer as teams of builders compete with their parks against one another.
We're heading up to the theme park promised land today with Cedar Point's Maverick. A fantastic recreation by Mr. Brightside 711, Tolsimir, and Suormot, this map is packed with detail and has a lots of great touches. If you've been to the park, you'll be able to appreciate these details in full but even if it's new to you, there's still a lot to appreciate.

As someone who hasnt really played around with any custom scenery I'm always astounded at the level of detail in these
such an outstanding park. they built this in less than two weeks!
this map has a such a nice placemaking and atmosphere
I loved that part of the real park. Amazing atmosphere. Long waiting times on Maverick though. And a lot of breakdowns
Try showing this to somebody 15 years ago because this is gobsmackingly accurate and breaking the limits of RCT2.
It's impressive how far the game has come.
With MrBrightside711 being one of the biggest Maverick evangelists I know, it felt really unsurprising to learn he was lead on this park. Knocked it out of the park!
Yeah he really did an amazing job pushing this one forward. Super happy to see such a high quality entry.
i hope they expand to full park territory tbh... this was an easy best of competition for me
Would be cool to see this expanded to include other things nearby the park.
I could not open this park because of the trains. Anywhere to download the trains for this?
It should come packaged together, but sometimes that doesn't always install correctly. The Intamin LSM trains can be downloaded here: x123m3-256.github.io/RCT2/CustomRides/legacy.html
@@AmusementAcademy I have those trains but the game still says that I have the wrong trains. So I am confused.
@@WessiesWorld have you replaced the file with the one in the download? the creator has two with the same file name, so you need the one in the link :)
@@SSSammyRCT I replaced them with the old trains and now it is working. I got the new and updated trains that can do all of the new elements and that is a other trainset then the old ones used in this park. That is what caused a conflict.
