I know that your livestock guardian dogs don't only get love and special treatment on their one year birthday. You take great care of your animals. Watching your video I cruised through the comments quickly and I saw that Rachel's mom has passed. It broke my heart for you Rachel. I'm so glad you got the extra time with your mom. Some moms only get to see their kids on their "one-year' anniversary (birthdays) nowadays even though the distance is short. I pray, hope that your mom and you said everything that needed to be said and every God-wink was felt as a hug from Heaven. Don't rush grieving for your mom Rachel. Honestly, you would be able to get a lot more from pups if your dogs are registered. I'm sure you will find people who just want farm dogs. Honestly, I'd love to have a dog from your for my livestock, but I would want a registered dog so I can show it and breed the offspring for both show and working too.

Kevin , please tell, Rachel , I’m so sorry for her loss. I know it’s a heartbreaking thing. I lost my mom when I was 16 and she has Cancer of the ovaries and she went through hell. She last almost 9 yrs. She pasted in Aug of 1969 . So the only thing I can tell you is mourn for her , but remember you have children and a wonderful husband. I started watching you guys around the last few months of 2019. I enjoy you’ll videos and I have missed you , but I knew where you were. So stay close to the Lord and don’t let go. That's something I did not get when my mom passed. I hadn't actually seen her in person for nearly a year. Happens, when you live nearly 1000 miles apart. Talked on the phone a couple days before. Things were fine. Then, heart attack, and she's gone.
Mom and dad were married for 60 years, 3 months, and 5 days, when she passed.

Kevin, I wouldn't worry about registering puppies with AKC. Even though Cora is registered, because Leeske is not, the puppies cannot be registered with AKC.
Start watching Cora closely for her first heat. It should happen soon. I suggest waiting until she's at least 2 years old before allowing her to be bred. This will give her time to physically and mentally mature.

Sorry didn’t hear about Rachel mother, just lost my niece to cancer on the 8 of Jan. She was 65, fought it for fifteen years the last two years was so sad, her husband left her,came back about two months before her passing,she really went down hill after he left. We have lost four family members,two close friends, just lost another in family from cancer few days ago. God Bless you & your family during this loss…🙏🙏
