This is a laughing shocker. I have been sliding this on for years. Which is long and tedious. I never knew you could install like this!! Thank you sir. I have 1 more to do and will use that technique
Great. I’m glad you found this useful. I used to slide it too and thought I would try something different. No more paint scratches. Thanks for your comment. You can do it!
What are the rear tire and wheel size? I am working on my 85 c10 and after watching you ,I am energized and am going to complete the 9in. rear end change, just have to change the bolt pattern.keep up the good work
Hi Doug. I went with a 295/50-15. The wheels are 15x10, with a 4” backspace. Just a note, this package will fit with a little inner fender roll. I had to do this to fit. I have a video about that coming in the near future after I button up the cab work.
Hi. Great question. There are studs on the back of the cab that hold the clips in place and a hole in the cab on each side for the corner pieces. But you could drill some holes in cab for corner pieces and screw the clips into place, or just put some 3M foam tape on those three pieces and just adhere (stick) them in place. I’ve used the 3M to hold them on before and it works, but I always worried about them falling off. But they never did. I hope this helps my friend.

@@Farm10customs Thanks! I think I will give the 3M route the try. I think I will be easier to ensure its all lined up properly vs having to drill a bunch of holes and hope they are all lined up correctly.
Hi there. I’m assuming that you’re asking about the double sided 3m tape. I’ve pick up the tape from different places Walmart, home depot and from o’relies auto parts. I haven’t tried any other brands though. I have got luck with the 3m tape. Thanks for watching and for your comment my friend

Awesome. I love that body style and Big block power. Nice!!
You need to wet sand and buff the pain
Thanks Tj. I will definitely finish my cut and buff on this thing, when I’m all done with the paint work. It’s a “long row to hoe” my friend.
Can you install this trim on a truck that didnt come stock with it?
