Ask for a lane swap. Other than that, try not to lose the lane to hard. Since most squishy characters have exceptionally fast ways to farm the map. As for your statement. The current system can't really handle, tank vs squishy anyway. Most of the roster is squishy.

Even if Bebop gets hook, the hitbox is so painful when trying to weave between cover, especially when people can lean around corners. TLDR Shroud is playing like a bot and being surprised that he's punished for it, most other heroes would just outright kill him, he's kinda lucky its only a bebop

Imagine every character has a way to counter other characters with dash or their ability and then there's Bebop's bombs that cannot be countered 99% of the time and always do big amount of damage. Any hero with a stun can counter Bebop? Well, if you didn't know, if Bebop caught you with his arm, then there's no way you can use stun to counter the bomb. The bomb placing is so fast that it just cannot be countered, only if you have teammates with you, but again, when every other character has a way counter others characters even in solo, Bebop just don't have this.

Laser? Don't be in the open or splashable cover (In fact, always know where to go to cover), shoot his face, healbane, decay (The soundcue is about the same length of time as a heavy. If you can parry, you can dash-jump onto safety) If Bebop (really anyone) has become an issue then something else has already gone wrong
