Great Area To Live In Lynchburg VA

This video will show you a great area to live in Lynchburg VA. But it's expensive...and hard to get into...because there are only 37 houses in this neighborhood. Only ONE is FOR SALE now...and only ONE has been SOLD since April 2023.
You've got great houses all around you. You have privacy and nice yard space. (Often around an acre or so.) And you're about 20 minutes from everywhere. Well...at least from Downtown Lynchburg, Randolph College, University of Lynchburg, Liberty University, and the Lynchburg Regional Airport. Oh yeah, Lynchburg General Hospital too.
I know with interest rates a little high when I made this video (7 plus percent), this could be a stretch for many people. But if you have the means and you're looking for a beautiful house...this could be the neighborhood for you.
