Is that twin plate clutch set up on w58
anytime i do a clutch and have access to the rear main seal , i do it , im sure its unnecessary to do it to all cars, but i do . . . better to do while theres easy access , than finding out a year down the road that you have a leaking main seal .
Yea mate, always good to replace. Doesn’t cost much at all, and saves so much in the future
Did the r154 clutch kit work on the w58 in the end? Love the vids !!
Hey mate. We ended up utilising a w58 clutch kit and returning the r154. Not because it didn’t fit but because the customer had purchased a r154 clutch kit without a flywheel, and the old clutch kits flywheel wouldn’t work with it.
So to simplify things, returned the r154 halve kit and purchased a w58 specific full clutch kit.
jesus what kinda person wouldn't want to do the rocker cover seals, I'd be doing a major service as well while it was out

Hey mate. Yep still have the GTR and waiting to continue building it. It’s just been a massive year for me, building a business and getting constant cash flow coming in. GTR build will continue very shortly 🙏

That engine and gearbox is going in the s14 silvia, the chaser has the upgraded 1jz and built r154
