Now I'm curious to find out what these will be used for! The scale is hard to convey in a video but perhaps I'll see this in person one day.
It's for lifting oil rig jackets - the steel structure the rig sits on top of - off the seabed and onto the vessel so they can be brought ashore for recycling

Ik werk er niet, maar ben er wel trots op
Ik zou het op prijs stellen, als jullie ipv van muziek, uitleg zouden geven over wát er op wèlk moment in de video, gebeurt. Dat maakt het vèèl aantrekkelijker om naar te kijken.
Bovendien krijgt 'de kijker' een beter inzicht in wáár zo'n constructie barge voor dient.

It would have been simpler and cheaper to design for the flat calms that the lifts have always been done. Certainly a simpler way exists.
