Muscle Actions- Functional Groups

Our joints are capable of many unique movements, but to be able to define our muscles role in these movements, there are four functional groups that we should understand. These functional groups are our prime movers, or agonists, antagonists, synergists and fixators.

130321 4:36pm - When you reach the portion on synergist muscles. My brain 😂 (After 1pm gym, reach at 1:40pm only did 4 exercises in less than 1 hour until 2:40pm.
Now at libi got a China girl sitting in front of me and talking a to China guy behind her. The guy whispers though. More considerate)
