Spider Grills Venom on a 2001 Weber Performer. Amazing!!

Spider Grills Venom smoking ribs on the Weber Performer with Fogo charcoal and post oak grilling sticks from ARP wood products. I'm so impressed! The video is what I learned over a couple cooks. It's definitely worth having. It just works. Installation takes about 5 minutes and the only tool you need is a screwdriver - which it comes with.
The Weber Kettle still grills like a champ. There no negative impact. You'll get great results on your first try. If you want some great smoked meat at at an entry level price - consider adding it to your Weber.
BBQ is a great hobby. Anyone can succeed with a bit of effort and practice. I also own a char-grill 980 gravity fed which I love, a Camp Chef pellet grill which is awesome, and a number of other grills. This is a great alternative and the closest to an all-in-one system that I've used.
