I just started using my Spider Venom, and the only improvement that I would make is by putting a sticker on or etching the power supply with your logo. I have too many power supplies and don’t want to lose it, but also don’t keep it outside with the grill either.
Had my Venom about 8-9 months.. Asolutely love it! True set it and forget it..... Only thing for me, it was a "female canine" getting it on. About 40 minutes...... Worth it though. I usually smoke at 275-300*, and that gets me about 5 hrs at those temps. But that's fine. Ribs are done by then, and when wrapping time for brisket and butts ( or anything else needing longer), I put in the oven. Highly recommend it for those who have a Weber Kettle and want a true "set it and forget it'" BTW, I have a 22" WK, and when I got my Venom, didn't come with a battery. Plug-in. Outstanding update on having one!

Does the spider grill know when you need more fuel? I mean I guess you can just look. Also how long does the battery last
You just have to look. And the battery lasts 24 hours or so on one charge.
