Either way, electroswing is it's own thing now and I feel like it encompasses all dance music from the 40's and earlier in its modern lense

Just came from the pilot. I LOVE how accurate everything is to the prohibition era, and I ADORE how accurately they captured the swing music. I consider myself a fan to hell and back!

I'm actually tempted to try this myself on piano 😃. Watching Lackadaisy got me into electro swing and its now one of my most favorite music genres now
It might sound a little stiffer, trying to do that horn part with piano. Lot of bendy stuff going on with the horn. I suppose it could be livened up with grace notes to try to approximate the feel of the horn.
