Testimony continues in the Karen Read murder trial. Read is accused of hitting and killing her Boston police officer boyfriend, John O'Keefe, with her SUV in 2022.
I am totally beside myself after hearing all of the testimony about the Alberts, McCabes and Higgins all ditching their phones after the incident and a day before they were supposed to hand over their phones. How is that not a sign of guilt?!? And the fact that the video footage of Karen’s Lexus being brought in to the station is “missing”. I hope the Canton PD and the state police get a good house cleaning after this with the investigation that’s been launched into all parties involved.

How did the DAs office decide to go forward with this prosecution, if they have zero proof, zero credible witnesses, zero proper evidence gathering ? In Texas the evidence in Solo cups! AHEM! I understand why any lawyer, including Lally would ask about the educational background of a witness especially as it pertains to their field of work and the substance of their testimony. But I took exception this particular time when the doctor had just said that he did his undergraduate work at Tufts University. I think that Lally overuses the phrase “ what if anything“. I realize I could have done a better job explaining that in my previous post. I believe that at least half the time when he uses that phrase it would be appropriate for him to just use the word ‘what’. My opinion is based on listening to him for many hours during this trial. In this case as in many others a simple direct question would have been better. For instance ‘In what subject did you earn your undergraduate degree?’ or ‘what was your major in college?’.
You can also block any number from calling you again. If he was being “harassed” why not just change the number? Getting a new provider is very sus IMO!

It’s not just him throwing away phone, destroying sim, he went above and beyond to go to a military base to discard so no one would follow him, on top of LOSING all of his photos, videos, EVERYTHING on phone because he didn’t want to transfer data over and accidentally put incriminating evidence on his new phone, that’s A LOT of effort for an innocent person.

It only takes less than 5 minutes from the Albert's to the police station. So this statement placed Higgins at the Albert's house from the timeframe JO was killed.

That also explains why there was blood on the snow and not on the ground... Seems like Karen covered up her own crime very well, but somehow I figured out how she did it
