I used to not understand the motive behind all of this until I wanted to buy a bmw x7, decent family car, and ended up buying an m4 for myself and a used Toyota sienna for the family. Don't regret haha
@@Postingam2 they do the m340i pops in sport mode and sport plus even sometimes in comfort stock. I even drove the 330i as a loaner car too and after putting some 93 in it, it started to pop when you downshift in sport mode so yeah these things are beast.

Just a tip, pop in the 3-4K range. Anything higher could damage the engine over time just because I’d the high rpms
