Absolutely sick build, I love the M340i! I have to laugh though because non-M owners will do everything to have an M except buying one haha
i dont know if that really means much anymore the gen 2 b58 is an insane engine and can easily handle 4 digit power
Pretty normal thing for current M car owners to have owned a non-M car immediately beforehand, bud.
While I typically agree, built 340i > M3 does make some sense (particularly from a sound standpoint)

That engine bay and Interior is so clean 👌🏼😮💨🔥🔥 most bmw engine bays look kinda boring with all of that plastic but you guys definitely nailed it with this!

dravit grey m340i is my dream car. at least you have one. I have to wait a couple of more years before I could even consider it. by the time i get one it will be the old model but idc because the new one will probably be ugly

Awesome build. Makes me regret trading my 2021 M340i x-drive for a 2023 840i coupe x-drive. But now I have a 2023 M4 instead, and I can't wait to see what I do with that. Wish I could work with you guys on the build. I would have loved to do the same thing you did here to my 840i. I wonder if you could put the M3 shift nob for the interior.

What an incredible build. And the production quality is fantastic. So is the presenter. This had to cost around $60k though. Has to cost more than an G80 but it is an objectively better car.. I'd take this over a stock G80 all day.

This is absolutely insane! Great work!!!Now how much of this can be done to my 2024 M340i 😅 (non x-drive)
All of it but the transfer case. You’ll have more wheel options too not having to worry about the front to rear size variance for xdrive. Small brake kit and 17s in the rear w drag radials are recommended.

For the cost of a new g80, you could have a used m340 with 1100 hp. All comes down to what you want to do and what you like
Also does the ambient lighting and everything in the car work after replacing the entire interior??

Amazing build!! The G80 just went 8.6 with a 3.1 60-130 and lifted at the 1000ft only trapping 114mph so he as deep 8's in it for sure. Competition is getting strong now!!

Switch out the Apex logo`s on the wheels to BMW logos and its perfect.
I always find these builds weird.... buy a m340i for 65 grand.. then add 50 grand in parts..... My understanding is that the s58 can hold 900hp safely. WOuldnt it make more sense to start with a m4 @ 80k and go from there vs 50 grand to church up a 340i

Yeah I looked up prices after he commented to, I think he meant base G80 M3’s only and should’ve been more specific. Cheapest xDrive Comp I found was high 70’s.
