    I've been sewing for about a year and I finally feel comfortable giving a bodice a try. I have had the hardest time understanding patterns and I find that I learn more details when I work in a free from way. This has to be the best tutorial on making a bodice I have found online. I wish you taught a class, I would pay to learn from you! Thank you so much.

    I just saw this great video tutorial! Love the way you show how to drape and design and show how to make a pattern! Then show how to sew it as well on your next video.       Just drape the garment and then place it flat on a table and put a piece of tracing paper on top of it and draw.
      Or maybe you're looking for patternmaking on paper?

    I'm gonna sound really amateur...but is that to say for every pattern I would wanna make for say people of different sizes, I would have to get a mannequin their size? Or is there a way to adjust that one pattern to suit all sizes?

    is it possible to do drape without a dressform? i mean dressforms are really expensive and also i can't find any with my proportions because i don't find in any regular sizes (i'm too small and mostly too thinn for them)

    How could you do this without a mannequin? A video on that would be really helpful for a lot of people.

      I don't think you could drape without a dress form, but here is a cheap way of making your own that does not involve wrapping yourself up in duct tape:

      Hi, you can do it on your own body. Just wear a really tight tshirt and tape yourself and do the exact same steps that she did 😊

    Can you do more videos on how to use a dress form? I have an adjustable one and when I try to use it from my measurements I find it harder vs outlining something old and use that for a pattern

    Well Done, a great Video, i wanted to know, what was the tape you used, what kind is it what was it called, dose it have a professional name and where can i get it? is it sticky tape or did you have to pin it on to the Manniquine, as ive been on the look out for this kind of tape, professional tailors tape, im in uk in england, i really liked this video, so good and made, simple, to understand. where can i see more of your work, videos?
