I own a single wide and the vinal I would use a scrub brush with Dawn from dollar tree with bleach and a hose that didn't reach around the trailer don't get overwhelmed you would be surprised how fast it came out nice a little soak scrub then rinse☺️

@@Kimberly_Shipley All you need is outdoor bleach, it will eat it off with out scrubbing. Sold at Home Depot.
I love your views. You are right about sitting on the porch in the peace and quiet. I do that often and at 74 years I need a lot of recharging every day.❤

On these lawn care channels, the men usually cut that very tall grass and weeds down with a weed eater first. That may help if you have a good one. My son did the same thing, he moved into a mobile home that belonged to his aunt and it was a mess. Its coming along nicely and its his home 😊❤

Hey Kimberly 😊 First time I am seeing your channel and I subscribed. Your property is beautiful and the view is fantastic. You will get it done sweet lady just focus on one thing at a time. Make a list of everything you want to get accomplished and a timeline to get it done. Prioritize your projects and categorize them. It might help to get some of the easier, smaller, and less expensive projects done first. Then it will help to keep you motivated and moving forward with more projects when you see progress being made. I always start with the projects that don't cost anything just some elbow grease. You are not alone. We have a lot to do inside and outside of our property as well. If the good Lord gives me another day, I will get some more done then. My list is a mile long but my energy level is usually on empty. Lol! I just make myself push through with getting something accomplished every day that I am able. I cleaned out my refrigerator, loaded and ran my dishwasher, and cooked supper today. I call that a win, lol! I am looking forward to seeing your future videos. You got this. Hi from Missouri from one "Shipley" to another!! Darlin you can do it GOD made us Shipley's STRONG!!! Even if your a Shipley by marriage your still a Shipley!! I almost forgot how to spell it LOL because yesterday was my 29th "Lee" Anniversary but I'm still a Shipley first!! I tell my sister all the time that we are "STRONG AS BULL!!!" There was 8 of us kids & when I got married we didn't have 2 pennies to rub together & I told my husband I just wanted to go to Wal-Mart without a calculator, that was my goal. It took about 7 or 8 years of factory work to make that happen so You got this Darlin!! Love & Prayers!!!!

Don't stress out on the washer. There is some stuff called 30 second outdoor cleaner that is amazing put some in a pump sprayer and soak the wall and then just rinse it off. It works very good. Miracle mist sold in the rv section at Walmart will clean up stuff really good too. I bought my pump sprayers at Dollar General. It's all one day at a time around here also.
Thanks for the tip! I will definitely try that and I have a local dollar store see if they have a sprayer . I agree one step at a time but it will get done . We will make this a mobile home mansion one day
Hey Kimberly, anything is possibly. I bought an electric weed eater and love it. Brand name is Worx also bought two big extra batteries.

I drive the Jeep more often but I agree I can park my Jeep anywhere it’s 4 wheel drive

you need a trimmer mower (push mower/weedeater all in one)....they work wonders!
Today this afternoon when my husband gets home from work we are buying a new riding lawnmower. But will need to save back the money for a new weedeater I have to use a battery operated weedeater I don’t have the strength to pull a gas powered I’ve had a heart attack

Hi neighbor. We are just over the TN/KY line, within spittin distance nearly. LoL. Good luck with all of uour projects. The mower most lijely just needs a new belt. That one may have stretched from the grass being too high or it coukd need an idler pulley as tgey sometimes break off if put under pressure. As far as the pressure regulator on the house, you can get a spray hose attachment that goes on tge end of your water hose tgat goes down to a small nozzle hole and that increases the pressure dramatically. The best way to clean the vinyl though, is to spray a mixture of vinegar and baking soda mixed with dawn, from top to bottom and let it soak, scrub with an extension scrubbing broom or mop and then rinse off.
Hi neighbor, we went ahead and bought a new mower at Lowe’s. I think we’re going to just go ahead and sell the old one on marketplace. thank you for all the advice. We will have to try. Cleaning up the yards will make a huge difference, but you have to keep up wuth it. When it gets to tbis point it could be very overwhelming.
That's the plan! We did buy a brand new mower the other day. We had bought a used mower as I said in the video, but kind of got ripped off on it.

Financially, the struggles are very real. Especially after you go to the grocery store things went up so much takes time but things will get done.

For mold I use half bleach and water with a pump sprayer then rinse it. Ive not had a lot of luck with cleaners, maybe you will. One thing at a time. Love content like this.

It sounds like the pulley that keeps tentchen on the belt is worn out try replacing it and it should mow again and get the right belt for it could be a wrong size to
We bought a new mower at Lowe’s a couple of days ago. So I think we’re just gonna go ahead and fix this and sell it.

use cardboard 1st then put the fabric on top that will help alot the lawn mower put it on the top cut and then lower and lower each time it will take longer to do but it should do the belt tosses off because you are to short on cut had that problem ok get a mop brush with a dish soap bleach that will work great i would use a battery weeder the cords get in the way and is just as price of the other easier too

Where you put your money shows what you value. You seem to value your vehicles more than your home, but everyone has different priorities.
No not at all I’ve had my vehicles awhile. I’ve invested alot of money in my home. My mower broke but we have now purchased a brand new riding mower. Just because I have nice vehicles doesn’t mean I didn’t value my home as a priority. I wanted to bring everyone on the journey of getting this place fixed up like I want it
