This is the most unusual hoarder house I've ever seen! It's cluttered, but there are places of organization. There is junk, but there's also lots of good stuff! Good luck!
What are your plans for all the stuff? Can anything be sold, donated, repurposed or will it all go into a dumpster? There will be dead rodents, mold, and God knows what else.
Most of the contents of the house will be put in dumpsters, but there is also some valuable merchandise there so it will be sold or donated. So far no signs of mold or rodents, so we are very happy about that!
I can't wait. Don't think many items are worthless. If you have too many categories of low value items, just fill boxes with random stuff. I call these JUMBLE BOXES and certain people will buy them cheaply to sell at flea markets. 10-20 of these boxes will earn $100 or more and pay for your gas and meals. The other items of higher value will fill up your bank account. *Just complete one room before starting the next. **If you drop off several turkey or Italian subs at the auction office (before lunch time ) after the 1st time you sell a truck load, they will be more likely to accept large loads of "stuff". Auction owners can be real picky. (If you are selling your stuff to an outdoor auction in a field, you might want to visit a dollar store to buy clear plastic sheets, in case of rain or dew. You certainly don't want to end up with soggy boxes.)@@HomeRemediesHouseFlips

Ok hear me out.... im sad for the state of this home and what the person went through. As a full time reseller there is so much money in there.
