I'm Faren. I big chopped in April 2013. I have medium to low porosity hair, that is super dense at the crown. My haircare regimen includes washing my hair at least once a week, regular treatments (protein, olaplex and bond salve) and trims every 3 months on blown out hair. I am not a hair care professional, and I'm honestly still learning my hair.

I have refreshed my wash and go a few times with a mousse to last a few more days. It worked and I was able to define the areas. I prefer to rewash though. Girl I know the feeling because today is wash day and I ain’t washing🤣.
Maybe I'll figure it out one day lol....but same, I'd rather just wash my hair. Listen....the worst thing you can do is wash your hair when you don't feel like it, so I don't blame you for not washing 🤭

I never refresh I feel like it’s a waste of products. I’d rather just wash my hair. If I’m short on time, I just skip deep conditioning and use a cleansing cowash instead.
I totally missed the "not" in the title! I don't think I've ever successfully refreshed a wash and go.
Never can get a good result when I try to refresh. Have to just rewash.🤦🏾♀️
