      Try this video: "Awesome New Natural Flea and Tick Remedy for Dogs and Cats" by Dr Jones on his Veterinary Secrets channel. I can't stand the smell of clove, garlic or cedar wood and don't even use scented candles anymore as they can be toxic to pets and humans.

      Garlic is toxic to dogs, so I wouldn't take the chance.

      you could try adding lemongrass instead of the garlic for dogs

      ​@@karenb8531 You may want to do a more intense research on garlic and toxicity in dogs. It truly is not as dangerous as we are led to believe. I do understand there is a lot of data on why it isn't beneficial but if you dig deeper you will see it can be quite beneficial. As with anything to be cautious and minimal amounts are advised.
