For Sure! Love the premise of this. Let's do one where Lorne Michealswitz has ten new actors to choose from for the SNL future cast. In this scenario, 9 are incredibly dull and not funny and love bagels and small hats, but the 1 who is the funniest by miles is far right from the bible belt. It would be so funny.

I overheard a few of my coworkers talking about their cornbread recipes and friendly-bragging about how much their families loved their cornbread. At the next potluck with the board members I brought my cornbread, which is a recipe handed down from my Appalachian grandfather that I’ve added finely diced red chilis and jalapeños to. Everyone went absolutely nuts over my cornbread, but were kinda shocked when they found out I had made it… I got a few weird looks and a couple of the board members just kept going on and on about it. I was embarrassed but glad they liked it! When I told them that my grandmother who taught me how to cook was from New Orleans it made more sense to them… so next time I brought my gumbo… That went over just as well!
