I did my blood test yesterday after 5 weeks of 100% no carbohydrates no sugar no fruits no starch no red meat diet. My Liver panel test result shown AST , ALT , GGT level all perfect! Far from its top range. Just 5 weeks. My fatty liver is reversed to healthy normal. I lost 4-5kg just from dieting and stop eating after 7pm till next day lunch. 2 meals a day. Only boiled using water, steam Fish , tofu , cabbage broccoli veggies , chicken breast , black coffee no sugar for afternoon lunch and green tea no sugar during evening dinner not later than 7pm. After 7pm I fast till next day lunch 12pm. The fasting time is extremely important as this time allows digestion and some hunger which makes our body burn the fat within without exercising. Exercising barely able to reach the fat around our liver. So fasting is the effective way. I had No milk (contain high fat and high sugar) . No snacks. No all kind of bread which still are carbohydrates. No cake. No biscuits. No rice. No noodles. No fruits especially as it’s fructose are directly process only by our liver! Just 5 weeks and fatty liver is back to normal with proven liver function blood test compared to my previous test result 5 weeks ago. I feel very lively light and positive. I lost 5kg. Also My cholesterol and sugar level were also extremely good blood test result! I m looking way younger and my body is nicer too. I m 33 years old male. Non smoker non alcoholic. Didn’t work in a toxic environment. I didn’t exercise. But I ate much rice , fatty red meat, and milk and cookies and fruits. I slept late before. Now I kicked those bad habit n bad diet. After recovered from fatty liver, I continue my way of eating n fasting n sleeping time. I reintroduced some healthy carbohydrates back into my diet. Such as some corn carrot , some wheat bread, a little potatoes. Please make sure u do not overdo it. I really mean only some. Lack of discipline and taking it for granted will cause regrets. I’m sharing for mankind and for those who were helpless from useless doctors. And I’m sharing in memory of my late father who passed away due to end stage liver disease.

Yes, this is the way to eat! Three months and I completely reversed T2diabetes….was at the point where my ‘specialist’ doctor was going to prescribe medication for out-of-control diabetes but i said no, that i would find an answer myself. His response was that medication was all i could hope for now! That was over five years ago. There IS a solution and starting out yes, you do need to be determined but it is most definitely doable. Slow and steady… talk yourself thru it. I used to do deals with myself….yes, you can have an ice cream - tomorrow; then drive quickly past the ice cream place…..soon I stopped thinking about ice cream at all. I was astounded when i became aware of that fact one day. If you are able, clean out your cupboards and just start! I still had to cook for the rest of the family and always considered myself on the weak side when it came to being “strong” . It is so possible..if you know someone struggling with T2D advise them to get a set of blood tests then start changing how they eat and redo the testing in 3 months….it’s important that the head does NOT undermine the rest of the body and let you down so keep your thinking under control in a kind manner. What I am saying is set your course, be unwavering and hold your hand, cajole yourself along the way. There are no food police….i used to choose one very small “treat” IF I needed it at the end of the week….it was only for Fridays, if i didn’t want it that day it was gone. Best of luck to anyone who makes the life gaining decision to start!

@@werecyre most likely felt pain. When liver hurts you know you must check it out. Liver wont make any noise until the situation is really bad. I dont drink either but fatty liver. I used to drink a lot of cola and other juices. Plus fatty meals got me at 29 years old with a very fatty liver. Went to emergency because of pain. Liver and gallbladder will hurt A LOT. I mean you will feel you die. Cause you can die from chirosis. Dont drink coca cola or fatty meals.

Research milk thistle. It’s not a saving bullet once you’ve already developed cirrhosis but it can help prevent damage from being done when taken regularly. I’m convinced milk thistle has saved me from alcohol poisoning on at least a few occasions. I’m no doctor but I’d recommend looking into it and abstaining from alcohol for at least a month. Going to gym and lifting weights is what helped me stay sober. Good luck to you and your family.

My abbu didnt have any symptom while his liver was rotting (multiple tumor with cancer germs and cirrhosis). His body was just fine! The problem is liver is the only organ which shows symptoms when there is no cure.. Alhamdulillah that we found out earlier when doctors had solutions for it.. He underwent for liver transplant surgery. Now he is fine and doing great.. If my ammu didnt force him for full body checkup that day probably we wouldn't be able to save my abbu!

My blood was checked 2 times a year nothing showed up until I had it. Stage 4. 4 yrs now doing fine so far on the list for transplant

Yeah, energy drinks have alot of Nician. And another thing about them is that energy drinks everyday over years can cause you to come down with anxiety disorder especially if Your sensitive to caffiene. And then after stopping them, the anxiety stays with you, at least this happened to me after drinking them for about 9 years everyday. Panic attacks too!
