I stumbled upon the idea of using 2 drives when I was trying to get the lead sound from All About You by Eric Johnson. I had built a really nice EJ lead rig preset but had to start from scratch after discovering what 2 drives could do. Did the same with my Satch presets and eventually my own. And to think that before getting a Fractal last year, the idea of even having a drive in front of a gainy amp seemed insane to me 😂

Sonic plus ts makes my strat sound like a les Paul. Sonic plus octave fuzz and white stripes practically fell out of the guitar! Very cool man!! Thanks as always look forward to these Tuesday mornings
