I completely agree! If you read the manual every day for a week you still won't get as much out of it as watching this video 1x! I can't believe only 882 people have watched it, the dealership should send this video to everyone that buys a Pacifica rather than going over things quickly in the lot ( I don't know about anyone else but I go blank after the salesperson says 2 sentences about how to use it).

Just got my own handicapped-accessible 2021 Pacifica 2 weeks ago after having a 2010 Town & Country since July/August 2010. Pretty badass, especially the GPS.

Can you stream Netflix or Amazon etc or cast or mirror your phone to the front screen so that you can watch movies on it? I just bought my wife a 2021 Pacifica Touring L yesterday & she likes to watch shows on her phone when she’s in line at school to pick the kids up & we can’t figure out how to stream or cast her phone to the front screen if the van. Thanks for the question. You cannot stream to the front screen. You can however stream to the rear screen and watch on the front screen as long as the vehicle is on and in park. How different is it on the 2023 model? We're trying to turn down the volume of the caller id for incoming calls because it is absolutely BLARING. Any suggestions?
Should be the same as the 2021. What you want to do is when the call is coming in, quickly turn the volume down to the level you want before you answer. If that doesn’t work, go into Settings in the infotainment screen, then look for Volumes and you should be able to adjust it from there. Thanks for watching!
@@TwoGuysandaRide I will look into it, but what I'm talking about specifically is the volume of the ringer, not the speaker when the person is talking. The ringer volume is exceptionally high.
@@BATTY3459ok there is one other thing to try if that doesn’t work. Click on the Media button, then click on Audio Settings at the top. Then scroll down the list in the left until you see Volume Adjustments, click on it and you will see a volume slider where you can adjust phone volume. I’m not sure if that’s the ringer volume or just the volume of the phone conversation but it’s worth a try. Thanks for watching!

I have a 2023 Pacifica touring l and I can’t figure out how to do the software update when connected to my home wifi, once I get it connected, it says scanning then doesn’t do anything and then when I get in my car later it’s still saying to check for update on my screen. Also, can my car update while being off like if I go in the house and come back the next day. Any advice?
Thanks for the question. You’re not alone in your quest to update, many others are experiencing the same thing. Yes the vehicle needs to be on for the update to run. Also, does anyone know the display resolution of the main screen or rear passenger screens? The main screen is so sharp and vivid, it appears to be at least 1080p, and maybe an oled? I would love to know the specs of each, but they are not in the manual and google hasn’t been helpful at all. Thanks if anyone can help!
Your welcome we’re glad you found it helpful. The rear screens according to Chrysler are 1080p and a 1280 x 800 pixel display which is different from 1080p and a 1920 x 1080 pixel display. On the videos we played in the van, the top and bottom menu buttons just disappeared automatically after the movie had played for about 20-30 seconds. Also we could not get a true 1080p video to play on the system, I had to go to a 720 p to get it to show up (on a usb).
