Goan Stew is traditional dish made with pork, beef vegetables and topped with cooked pasta
Ingredients
500 grms beef
500 grms pork
To marinate the meat
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tbsp pepper powder
salt to taste
For cooking
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp oil
2 onion
1 tomato
1/2 tbsp Peppercorns
1/2 tbsp cloves
2 inch cinammon
1 bay leaf
1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 medium size potatoes
2 medium size carrot
1 cup green peas
salt as needed
1 cup elbow macaroni
1 Maggie cube(optional)
