@Verhoh YES WE DO! this brilliance will NEVER be repeated. saw fish a few months ago... the mans still superb and his lyrics will endure forever but his voice is not the same. i am truely appreciative to have seen this man in his prime a few times and will continue to support his solo stuff forever...
@gusmaoggmm Don't think they can be compared that easily - I love Hogarth-era stuff as well - but Clutching at Straws is a simply phenomenal album...:D
my hero the one and only
'Was it love in your eye I saw, or the reflection of mine?' Is one of the best lyrics ever.
Un des meilleurs morceaux progressif du siecle dernier
Marillion is Marillion forever !!

FISH !! and Marillion; we miss YOU
All things about life, everything that is beautiful and aching and hearfelt...you can find in Marillion's songs.
Your right, first band i ever saw live aged 14 in 84, still got a soft spot for the Script album.
Epic!! This is almost two totally different songs in one tune, both brilliant in their own right!
As always in marillion. Their signature
Couldn't get into the Hogarth era Marillion - for me the Fish era was the best and most inventive. Great voice and frontman!
Me too...so sad fish left the band
a truely great song...
FISH, me transporta !!
FISH ERA WAS BEST.
Marillion lost a lot after Fish left.
Was it love in your eyes I saw? Or a reflection of mine?....fantastic, poignant lyric
Beautiful

Marillion, ame-a ou deixe-a! Eu amo.
Marillion ended in 1989....
Long Time ago but ever god in time:)
Its often mentioned but the vocal similarity with early Peter Gabriel is remarkable.
Without fish they are dead

MOCARZ
Welcome back to the circus
They should have totally included this in the original track-listing, perhaps ditching She Chamelon. This song is far superior.
why ditch it? make room for both!!
