This is an excellent production. However, it fails to display the real Cambridge Apartments that we the residents experience every day.
It does not show the many defects in the units as well as common areas.
It does not display the bad smells that we experience in the common areas.
It does not show the tennis court and the walking track breaking up.
It does not show the damaged doors on the gym
It does not show the gate sensor that works only half the time.
It does not show the fire alarms that keep going off ar night.
It does not show the many holes dug in the driveways.
It does not show a lot of the challenges owners and renters face.
Place just build and it have all these issues? Rough.
Amazing videography as always, however, why do Jamaican developers hate gyms so much? Nice space for a gym but as always underequipped, smh.
The 1 bedroom conversions to a 2 bedroom/office actually looked really well done and that little added value probably makes it a good investment.

Just average. Not bad but not great. No windows for any of the bathrooms? Tiles look cheap. Not worth 300,000USD
Who would you say normally rents places like these, Jamaicans living in Jamaica, diaspora Jamaicans from abroad moving back here, or foreign expats from abroad in general? I assume probably a mix of all three.

A lot of folks still like it. Especially since it's only in the secondary bathrooms.

Building looks ok nothing says modern about it.
