    I started watching a couple of your other videos (I like how you said you wasn't finna show everything in a 7/11 then you proceeded to do just that lmao).
    Stereo-typically I don't see many people's homes (who teach English) being that large in Asia regardless of country (with the exception of a very small number of English teachers in China). Now, I ain't got no typa no problems with a nice little studio or one bedroom they all look nice, but my question is can we get that apartment tour sometime?! Because when you opened them curtains for your windows I was like "What in the Mcmansion?!? Shawty living in the same crib Drake did in that I'm on one video."

      Just don't say you're German. Tell them you're a British national plain and simple and don't try to over complicate it.
      If you have German schooling papers, and they enquire about that those, just say you spent some time there as a kid.
      Don't go too far though and say you aren't German though. A lie by omission isn't that serious but actually lying is. As you're Passport does list where you were born.
      I had to use similar tactic as I'm Quebecois, and many schools in Asia explicitly state they aren't looking for us if we don't have 20 years of teaching experience under our belt. So I kept that hidden.

    I am an English teacher in Bangladesh. How can I get the opportunity to teach abroad?

      Hi, I’ve answered that question in detail in the following video! Hope it helps 🙂

      Even though I’m not a native English speaker, I’ve lived in London since the age of 10 and can speak English fluently. I wouldn’t mind teaching English in Bangladesh. Is there a high demand for learning English in Bangladesh? Do you think I could easily find a job teaching over there? Is it as simple as buying a plane ticket to Dhaka and walking into a classroom and telling them I grew up in England or am I being too optimistic?
      Thanks.

      Yes, opportunity is available to teach English in Bangladesh. But after the Corona pandemic. Thanks.

      I don't think I did but I don't remember. The school/ program you go through should let you know exactly what they need from you.

    Great video, thanks for sharing. I'm trying to come to Taiwan in the near future, currently teaching in China at an international high school.
    In your experience, could I find a job as a native English speaker (USA) with 4+ years experience in a public school, but without the teaching certification? Is the substitute certification okay?

    When you said you need a teaching license, does that mean a bachelors degree and a tefla certificate won’t be sufficient to apply for that school you worked at ?

    • @NneniaYasmeen
      @NneniaYasmeen  2 года назад

      Hello, a TEFL wasn't needed/ requested for teaching in the public school. They required a bachelors degree and teaching license at the time!
