We are so grateful to all the women who came to our women's sparring day and to those who were willing to be in this video. We had a great turnout with not only those who train Muay Thai, but also boxers and some kickboxers. It was a great medley of striking. This video is about motivation and inspiration. It was created to share the beauty of what Muay Thai training can do for women who often find themselves training in spaces that are mostly male dominant. We applaud these women and anyone who trains in Muay Thai or martial arts in general. Keep training or get started and enjoy the journey!
Aside from the obvious mental and physical health benefits, and the fact that I've always wanted to train in martial arts, my biggest motivation and overall goal is to be able to protect myself and my family if I ever needed to. I started at 43, overweight, sedentary, full of arthritis and various autoimmune diseases, and I absolutely fell head over heels in love with it! It's never too late to start, and never let your current physical condition be a deterrent. Just make sure you eat right and get to all of your sessions! ❤️
Love this video, and thank you for sharing. As a woman and life long student of martial arts, I really appreciate it. Martial arts has been my guiding light in tough times, especially mentally. Have a good one.
Refering to what she said towards rhe end, im heading my hormones and thyroid with carnivore diet, recovery is so much faster, digestion is better, better focus, more energy :)
