Hey Krufessor Rad! I’ve had a question I’ve constantly thought about (two actually) that I’m afraid will hinder my ability to fight professionally. Even though I’m still a beginner and professional fights will be long from now, I often get anxious that I have flat feet and bunions, and I’m afraid it’s going to have a huge impact on things like balance and stability, so I’m wondering what your thoughts are. Also I did break my wrist over a year ago and have a plate with screws/pins, and my buddy told me they might not let me fight professionally if I have things like that in my wrist, was also wondering if you had any wisdom/knowledge on that.

As for the flat feet. I have flat feet so it shouldn't be much of an issue unless it causes problems for you medically so you'll have to address those. Same for the bunions. If you really want to train or compete you must address your medical issues and follow whatever regiment or medical advice you've been given to ensure recovery from those things.
For the wrist. Where i am I haven't heard of any issues with such a thing, but the local governing body for combat sports in your area would be better suited to decide that. I think you'd be okay, but rules vary state to state.
I hope that helps. Just train. get on the mats and keep working hard. If issues arise address them as necessary.
