R92CP is by far my favorite to drive. I am slightly faster in it than the 787B, but I cant say its better. Liked the Jag quite a bit too but the R92 gives me consistently better lap times, and at Fuel Map 1, just one pit stop for tires and fuel for either LeMans or Sardegna, with the 6 switch as noted here.
interesting. I just got playing 3 weeks ago so Im anxiously awaiting the R92 to come back in a week or two. I got the jag first. My times came down once I got used to braking earlier than my bugatti VGT GR1.
Everyone raves about the R92, how its faster etc. However Im struggling with it. While I love the sound, the car feels heavy, likes to understeer especially in the fast corners. I have been getting better results with my 787 which is more enjoyable to drive so far. I'm trying to figure out what i might be doing wrong.
Btw I'm faster on the 787B than the R92, I always take the Mazda for Sardengna but I heard that actually the Escudo is faster than all the 3 care here with lap times of 1:27 but heavy on fuel and hard to drive apparently
Personally I think the 787B is giving the R92CP a rough time considering that the one in this video ran a 23:19 which is by no means something to scoff at. If anything I think we might of found ourselves the new King of Sardegna.

Thanks for this video. I setup my Tomahawk-Gr.1 to the same settings you have and came in at 811pp. After setting my ballast to 75, I came in at 799.68pp. Perfect setup for me. I went from 1.38-1.40 lap times at Sardegna Road Track to 1.33-1.35’s.
THANK YOU for the setups. After a lot of attempts I finally did a sub 23 minutes with the 787B (22:57 mins), it's a hard car to master mainly because of the brakes and the slow exits in 1st gear with wheelspin but boy is it fast and fun to drive once you get the hang of it
Thanks. Just got the 787b and was looking for a setup for it. On your jag video you had mentioned the speeds going into the hard right turns for the optimal pivot speed. It was sooo helpful. Unfortunately I didnt hear one for the 787. Of course it was a complete walkthrough lap with the jag unlike this one where you were discussing 3 cars.

I need to get the f40 and mark IV while I can and then grind for the expected arrival of the Nissan R92CP soon. I also need to try lemans with them and compare to sardegna or maybe just go there to break up the sardegna grind. Ive ground about 50 mill so far in a few weeks lol.
so far my times havent been that different than the jaguar. The 787 feels a bit more understeery. Everyone says it sips fuel but im getting about the same as the jag in that regard too. If i go fm1 for the first lap to get by the cars then fm6 im making it into the pits at the end of lap 9 then can go fm1 the rest of the way. Though I was thinking of reversing this to make better use of the open track and no traffic once I got by them. Now im curious to see if using fm 2-4 vs 1-6 might be better. I am using a controller so trying to get better with feathering it vs mashing it maxed all the time.
@@MysticalDragon73you don’t go into the pits on lap 9, you go in on lap 8! Full fuel mode for the first couple of laps and then drop down to 5 until you pit. (You always want to pit as close to half way through a race as possible to maximise the fuel potential). On your final 7 laps only fill to 94% and use full power until you reach the flag. Re understeer, the car/ setup hates breaking and turning, so try to break in a straight line. Try to avoid breaking traction too much out of the penultimate corner and also watch throttle exiting the corner at the end of the back straight, the tyre wear will be saved most in these areas and pay you back at the end of the stint.

The setup doesnt really work anymore the only way i get under 800pp is with heavy rain tired the car also feels very heavy and understeers

Yeah escudo blitz’s round here but is like an alcoholic in a brewery on the fuel, which lets it down 🙈

I use the Audi rs5 turbo dtm '19 (set to 80% ) fm6 don’t need to pit till end of lap 11 and can do it on 1 set of softs ( though it’s 26 minutes)
It’s a good car and it’ll do it, which is half the battle if you’ve never done it before! I’m surprised it isn’t faster though 😞
@@SkullBusters given its on fm6 the way I drive ( automatic) you’d probably be able to get 1+ minutes off it .

The only reason I could think of for that jump in PP on this car would be that you’ve still got your turbo on? Maybe check that
